Located in Downtown Hartwell directly across from a coffee shop, a bakery and within a block of six restaurants, two drug stores, and city parking. Hartwell Suites will have 6 suites available for short term rental. There are two city parking lots within a block of the suites, as well as an abundance of city street parking.
Suite 1 (480 SF) has a Queen bed along with a trundle sofa with two twin mattresses. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a two-burner induction stove top. The microwave can also be used as a convection oven and an air fryer. This suite also has a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other features include a desk, a lift top coffee table, an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack. The bathroom features a roll-in shower. Included is an additional dressing closet with a sink. This suite is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
Suite #2
Suite 2 (456 SF) has a Queen bed along with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a two-burner induction stove top. The microwave can also be used as a convection oven and an air fryer. The bathroom features a walk-in shower as well as a bonus dressing closed with an additional sink. This suite has a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other features in this suite include a desk, club chair, lift top coffee table, an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack.

Suite 3 (255 SF) has a Queen bed along with a chair that opens into a twin-size sleeper. There is a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other features in this suite include an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack.

Suite 4 (255 SF) has a Queen bed along with a chair that opens into a twin-size sleeper. There is a small refrigerator, coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other features in this suite include an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack.

Suite 5 (330 SF) has a Queen bed along with a chair that folds out as a twin-size sleeper. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Also featured are a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other items in this suite include a desk, an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack. This suite shares an outdoor patio seating area with Suite 6!

Suite 6 (330 SF) has a Queen bed along with a chair that folds out as a twin-size sleeper. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Also featured are a Smart TV and Smart HVAC unit. Other items in this suite include a desk, an iron/ironing board and a luggage rack. This suite shares outdoor patio seating area with Suite 5!
